How Can severe Vomiting Along With Blurred Vision Be Treated?

My son is 6. Started vomiting yesterday afternoon. Only ate one meal yesterday, cereal with milk and one peanut. He vomited once yesterday afternoon. He vomited 3 times last night and 3 more times today. Can t keep down water, Emitrol, Pedialyte, popsicle, Gatorade. He complained of double vision yesterday and blurry vision now. No fever, chills, aches or pain.
